Commercial Description
A Kolsch that is a Refreshingly pale German Ale. it is cold fermented and cold conditioned to acheive a beautiful Balance between biscuit malt flavors and floral hop notes. It is light bodied and finishes somewhat dry to enhance it's easy drinking nature.

This is a really refreshing beer. More complex and interesting than other Kolsch beers I've tried. Definitely worth a try if you can find it.

Poured a hazy yellow in color with a very small head that dissappeared in seconds and had very poor lacing. The aroma was of light bread-like malts, light herb hops with a very light earthy yeast scent. It tasted bitter and acidic in the beginning with a mild bitter finish that lasted only a short time. Mouthfeel was creamy in texture and light bodied. Overall a mild tasting brew but not bad at all.
