  The beer pores a dirty yellow and the aroma is of citrus and wheat. The taste is light and citrusy. Not the best wheat beer I have ever had but not the worst either.

  Appearance: Pours a hazy pale straw color with a white head that provides minimal lacing.
  
  Aroma: Bready malt with sour fruit.
  
  Taste: Mild flavor with malt breadiness and mild hops bitterness with a hint of citrus sourness.
  
  Texture: Very light in flavor and crisp with carbonation.
  
  Drinkability: Goes down very easily, but doesn't leave you craving more.
  
  Presentation: Poured from a 12oz bottle into a wheat beer glass.

  To me this beer has wonderful taste. Easy to drink year round although I do see this as more of a summer beer. It is not a complex beer but it isn't just straight forward. It has a natural citrus to it as most wheat beers do. It is a good beer for all occasions.

  The aroma is slightly fruity. Very cloudy apperance. Nice crisp, citrus flavor. Finishes a little bitter for me but overall, a very good wheat. My decision to buy this beer was sheer curiosity. The box says it has added yeast during bottling so the beer tastes fresher, better, longer. They call it bottle conditioning. The yeast produces a secondary fermentation in the bottle. The yeast settles to the bottom, encourages further maturation and adds to the beer's complex flavor.
