Commercial Description

No fewer than five varieties of hops are used in this award-winning Indian Pale Ale- Cascade, Chinook, Golding, Crystal, and Northwest Ultra. It is a creamy, rich, and full-flavored beer, which is naturally conditioned in a double-fermentation process in the bottle, keg, or cask to give it a resiny hop aroma with grapefruit notes, a robust hoppy palate with hints of vanilla and orange fruit, and an intensely bitter hop finish.

12oz bottle. Poured a golden toasty brown color with a slight haze and little head, but some lacing on the glass. Aroma is grapefruity hops, a touch of fruitiness, a little malt sweetness. Flavor is nice crisp hop bitterness throughout, with light malt sweetness and grain, bitter hop aftertaste. Mouthfeel is medium to light bodied, with soft texture and mellow carbonation.
