Commercial Description
Available in both bottle and draft form, Creemore Springs Premium Lager has a good balance of hops with a touch of honey in the malt. It has a pleasant, homely quality with a slight citrus aroma and a fresh, crisp taste reminiscent of a good pilsner.

One of my favorite lagers from Ontario. I fell in love with this beer during my many travels to Toronto and have even worked up a clone recipe that I brew at home that is close but still not quite there. This is always on my to drink list when I am North of the border.

Pours a clear pale orange with a half inch white head.

The aroma is hoppy and malty... This is a pleasant surprise from a Molson offering. Honeycomb and apples on the nose with noble hops along for the ride.

    The taste is quite pleasant.

Sweet and bitter in a light balance with a nice dry finish.

    Actually quite nice.
