Our Bock is brewed following the German Bock tradition. The use of German, British and domestic malts, a German Lager Yeast, as well as Nobel hop varieties, predominately Saaz & Sterling, create a traditional Bock. Lagered for 8 weeks, this bock is smooth with a nice creamy head, a malty sweet body and slight hop finish.
The only Trappist Bockbeer in the world. It has a deep red color and a malty nose. Because of the roasted malt it´s bitter yet a bit sweet in the aftertaste.
