Our Bock is brewed following the German Bock tradition. The use of German, British and domestic malts, a German Lager Yeast, as well as Nobel hop varieties, predominately Saaz & Sterling, create a traditional Bock. Lagered for 8 weeks, this bock is smooth with a nice creamy head, a malty sweet body and slight hop finish.
Deep mahogany color with a rich malt flavor hinting at raisins, caramel and chocolate in the aroma, extensive aging, (8 weeks) creates a remarkably smooth drinking beer.
Rubyred beer, brewed in limited quantaties in autumn for the winterdays. Special selected malts give Alfa Bok it's strong taste. Best served at 9/10 C.
