Commercial Description

Clear brown pour that shows a cola colour and highlights topped by a very fluffy and thick tanned head. Retention is minimal and I could see some fair spotted lacing on the sides of my glass. The nose offers sweet notes of caramel, toffee and hazelnuts supported by a rich molasses undertone paired with alcohol. The taste is bold letting loose roasted malts, coffee beans and a sweet presence from the sugarcane. You also get a bitter and grainy backbone originating from the hops adding corpus to the blend of flavours. The hops will even form a moderate vapory aftertaste. I could best describe the mouthfeel as fluffy and airy with an interesting duality between smoothness and sharpness. Very nice product that deserves credit.
