Brewmaster, Chuck Silva believes that "Fizzy Yellow Beer" can and should be full of life and flavor. Green Flash's "Fizzy Yellow Beer" is just that, full of life and flavor from premium European Pilsner Malt and Noble Hops. A traditional Pilsner lager yeast ferments the beer and imparts a specific, clean flavor during the one month lagering period.
