Commercial Description

A pale ale fermented with a special blend of Belgian style yeast, has a pleasant clove and a little banana flavor balanced with a moderate malt character. The finish is a slight hop bitterness with some spiciness from the yeast.

Rocky, frothy head atop a beautiful creamy orange body. Aroma of sweet citrus and clove. Starts a touch sweet, then the malt backbone, and of course all the complexity of a Belgian yeast including banana, clove, and orange. Finishes just a touch dry. Unyielding effervescence. I like this one quite a bit. Really lets the yeast and its complexity shine. Not great reviews elsewhere, but I have no idea why. Looks good, smells good, feels good, tastes better.
