This is my first “Indian” brew to review and I am very pleased with it! This brew pours up an excellent golden yellow/amber body color with a decent white fizzy head. Scents and flavors of malts and hops abound in this well-balanced brew. The body feels light and carbonated abundantly. An easy session brew during the hot summer months and tastes good even when it warms a bit. This would be a great brew to have with some poultry or fish/seafood meals as well as will many Indian recipes!

I was completely and totally underwhelmed by this lager. It has a very strong hops flavor, sort of a sneak attack that belies the look and aroma of a lager. I was greatly disappointed with this beer's flavor overall.

What looks like an amazing lager (from the glass) actually has an awkward taste after the fact (esp referring to the palate). The aroma smells of citrus and light, which is comforting to most lager drinkers.

However, unfortunately, for those who are unaware of the unusual Indian Beer's bite - it comes off as a bit strong compared to the alternatives that you potentially could purchase from the same restaurant.

That being said, this is a beer with a great variation on your traditional lager. I would suggest trying it evne if you aren't in an Indian restaurant they are available in beer convenience stores around the nation - so pick one up and give it a try for yourself.

This lager was great ice cold, had a hint of fruity flavor. I would highly recommend it for something different

While this beer may be a bit rough on the palate to some. It is the #1 beer in India. (I hear they even have an airline).

I'd pick up this beer if you aren't satisfied with your traditional bud light or coors light. This is certainly a lager that I enjoy sipping on.
