  This is what beer drinkers drink when they are not drinking REAL beer, flavor is nice but it has NO kick whatsoever, I guess this is a good beer to drink when you are at the bar doing shots...I drink this when I am afraid to drink and drive...just a little stronger than water

  It's one of my favorite beers for pizza or just to have after a long day working in the yard. It has a decent flavor and color and aroma is fair.

  I recently purchased the High Life because I remembered it as my fellow reviewers before me did, but then with my first sip I realized my memory was askew.
  When poured or in the bottle it looks delightful, the aroma is even ok. Unfortunately the flavor just does not follow along with the appearance.
  Ultimately the taste told me why it only cost $8.99 for a 12 pack of bottles.

  The first beer I ever really loved, before I grew up, that is. It is still a solid go-to pale lager but isn't one of those beers I hunt down. Good, American beer.
