Commercial Description

Named after the Pelham Bay section of The Bronx. Our India Pale Ale doesn't pack a typical West Coast IPA punch but strikes a better balance between dryness and drinkability.
Ingredients: Malts: English Maris Otter and English Crystal
Hops: Magnum for boil and Cascade and Willamette for flavor (50 IBU)
