Appearance: Pours a clear pale yellow with a white head that leaves a single ring before disappearing. Fine carbonation.
Aroma: Unappetizing sulfur with grass, lemon and some malt.
Taste: Herbs, grain, lemon and pepper with a lingering metallic note.
Texture: Crisp and dry with some bitterness.
Drinkability: I thought I would try this with an Italian dinner, hoping it would be a nice match.

This is my all-time favorite beer I have ever consumed. While I have yet to experience Most European beer, I have experienced the Italian brews and they are magical.

Very stylish beer, very popular in Australia and the United Kingdom. The Maserati amongst beers. Very well positioned. Strange thing: not available in Italy domestic market..
