Bomber into a 22 oz. mug. ABV is actually 4.5%
A: Very pale hazy yellow color. Very cold bomber, poured a massive rocky head that had to be allowed to settle. Lazy bubbles rising. Some sediment. Laces well too. Looks very good!
S: Crackers, white bread. Little hop presence. Classic pilsner smell though it doesn’t promise much. T: Much like the smell with sharp cracker bite upfront and scrubbing carbonation on the tongue. A light earthy then more floral hop flavor finishes dry and refreshing.Very malt-forward but definitely not sweet. M: Carbonation! Fizzy and sharp.Crisp, light bodied and again refreshing. So easy drinking I could knock down a six pack, alas all I have is this bomber. O: Pleasantly surprised by this as it has low ratings. Not complex but well executed if a bit thin. I actually am a fan of low ABV beers and this is one. I’m a pilsner guy and I like this and would certainly buy again.
