Commercial Description
The first thing you notice when pouring a glass of this seasonal beer is the color. Samuel Adams® Octoberfest has a rich, deep golden amber hue which itself is reflective of the season. Samuel Adams® Octoberfest is a malt lover's dream, masterfully blending together five roasts of barley to create a delicious harmony of sweet flavors including caramel and toffee. The beer is kept from being overly sweet by the elegant bitterness imparted by the German Noble hops. Samuel Adams® Octoberfest provides a wonderful transition from the lighter beers of summer to the winter's heartier brews.

The appearance is of a deep amber or almost a deep orange. The aroma is of malt and spice. The taste is fantastic I have had all different octoberfest even some brewed in Germany and I like this better. Jim Koch aka the CEO of Sam Adams keep up the good work.

This was one of the beers that started it all for me. When I think of a seasonal brew this is quintessential. A bit of sweetness balanced out by malty goodness. Drink now, ask questions later

Greating looking goldeen color of golden with a nice white head that hung around a little.

Definite malty aroma and taste with a touch of caramel. No bitterness at all.

Very smooth and easy to drink. This will be a favorite.
