A nice walnut colored foggy robe topped by a medium clear white head. Aromatic nose with subtle notes of pear and hops. Rich complex taste offering hints of pears and cereals that let it start out sweet and finish with a great bitterness. A very nice gift my mother-in-law brought me from her recent trip to France in 2010.
