Fresh from a 12 oz. can... Pretty much your typical Oktoberfest in looks... copper colored with tight offwhite head, in aroma... bready, biscuity and caramel with a touch of earthy hops, and in taste... bready, nutty malt that lacks sweetness with bitter hop, almost sour aftertaste. Creamy, medium body with ample carbonation, could be a little smoother and not so rough around the edges. Enjoyable, nice effort but nothing special.
