Commercial Description
Stag is brewed and groomed for the independent and self minded among us who like a strong man's beer. Strong as in determined. Stag stands apart from other beers with its own recipe of malted barley and hops: common ingredients with an uncommon taste. Brewed under special conditions which enhance malt's natural flavor, Stag corrals the zest of hops with the simplicity of pure midwestern grains. Steak, Taters And Gravy, that's Stag

Pretty typical aroma, appearance, and palate for an American pale lager. Definitely a niche beer. Nowhere near as adjuncty tasting as most budget beers. Certainly not a mouthful of corn. A little hoppier as well.

I strongly disagree. Stag is definitely the best cheap beer made, and i would take a warm stag over a cold miller light or coors light any day of the week. I have a soft spot for anheuser busch products, so i can't say it beats busch and natty, but is definitely always a consideration. Plus, holding that can you can't help but feel like serious alphamale.
