Commercial Description
Starr Hill Brewery's Jomo Lager is a smooth, multiple-award-winning Light Amber Lager. Fermented with Southern German Lager yeast, its crisp, clean taste, and noticeable hop aroma are effectively balanced with a slight malty sweetness. This is a crossover beer that appeals to the broadest spectrum of brew aficionados.

[Best served in a Lager glass]

Poured a murky orange in color with a small white fizzy head that was fully diminishing and had poor lacing. The aroma was of sweet malts with a light flowery hop scent. It tasted bitter at first and finished with a nice biter-sweet hoppy flavor that lasted an average duration. Mouthfeel light to medium bodied with a creamy yet dry texture. Overall a great lager.

The Jomo has a clean refreshing taste to it, that is quite complex, but east to drink. This is defiantly a good beer to have with a.....
