Commercial Description
Domaine DuPage is a rural, northern France, amber colored
ale. This well balanced beer is full and sweet up front with
caramel, toasty, and fruity characters. The finish has a
gentle floral and spicy hop balance that cleanses the palate.

This is a beer that provides enough flavor to satisfy the drinker used to well crafted beers. It might be on the lower end for those individuals but I feel this beer offers enough body and I like the Carmel based flavor.

Domaine DuPage has a distinct caramel initial aroma and flavor. The flavor matures to a rich fruit, like a raisin or fig. The beer is not as heavy as expected; it is very balanced on the palate.
