Commercial Description

Don de Dieu displays an appealing orange-golden hue with a stable, creamy head of foam. Its fruity, malty and yeasty flavor is quickly succeeded by a palate-warming finish of roasted nuts and spices.

Appearance: Hazy orange that pours with thick creamy head that moderates but is maintained with consistent carbonation.
Aroma: Sour aroma with hints of fruit, spice and green apple.
Taste: Sweet and sour with flavors of honey, yeast, and sour fruit.
Texture: Light body and warmness, with the help of 9% ABV
Drinkability: Not my favorite on its own, but paired well with spicy Asian food as suggested on the label.
Notes: Served in a tulip glass as recommended.

I find this one a little more delicate than 'Fin du Monde' with a sweeter aroma and a creamier taste. You get the presence of lemongrass on both the aroma and taste. The head is thick and well retained. Sharp, zesty an refreshing.
