Brewed from imported German wheat malt & two-row barley, this Bavarian style weiss bier has incredible flavor & aroma. Brewed unfiltered (cloudy), the unique yeast strain provided banana, clove & fruity esters that blend with the malty sweetness & light Hallertau hop character to produce this soft yet well balanced summer ale. 5.0% ABV

    Pours hazy yellow in color with head that dissipates quickly with no lacing.
    This has your typical yeasty, bananna clove, lemony citrus aromas and flavors in a hefe.
    What stands out for me and makes this one of my favorites is the overall cleaness.
