With a fury of hop flavor and a hint of malt backbone, this west coast amber is part ale, part sensory eruption, and all American.
This blonde ale is light in color and body with a crisp, pilsner-esque presence.
Eleven separate additions of cascade hops give this American pale ale its lush citrus aroma and bold hop flavor without crazy bitterness.
Our nutbrown ale is velvety smooth with a rich caramel aroma. We blend seven different malts for just the right touch of sweetness and a creamy finish you'll really dig.

American style Hefeweizen. It is an unfiltered wheat beer that is very crisp and clean without the fruity esters of the German style Hefeweizens.
Every year we create a new and slighlty different version of our harvest beer. We use fresh, green hops grown right here at the brewery to give this beer a unique and wonderful hop finish. Seasonal
An English style meets America I.P.A. It is brewed with six different grains and over two pounds of hops per barrel. This beer won the gold medal for English style I.P.A at the 2003 Great American Beer Festival in Denver in September.
Eight different malts. It is crisp and clean with a wonderful malt character and virtually no bitterness. The term Marzen means March in German and that is when this style is traditionally brewed. Luckily E.J. Phair Marzen is available year round.
This is the first beer that we brewed when we got started. This is a great anytime beer.
