HomebrewingWhat do you have brewing right now

  • Whats everyone brewing right now?

Im working on a recipe for a big hoppy IPA, going to try some new hops out as well. Should be exciting!

    Any suggestions?!?!

  • I have a Dead Guy Ale clone, a blonde ale that is going into a keg today. and HB 51 a hoppy pale ale that is in the 2nd.... What are you looking for a suggestion for?

  • well i put together a reciepe, ill post it a bit later.

I was looking to venture away from kits and begin making my own MAD CRAZY CONCOCTIONS

  • I have a blonde ale going right now - it'll take about a month to get to the level where I want it.

  • Just finished my "Bitter Bastard IPA" named it after i tasted it.....yah prb could use some more malt in this, but i think it is tasty

  • I have a traditional brown ale bottle conditioning right now and IIPA dry hopping in secondary. Both were partial mashes that I basically ripped off from the net but made adjustments according to my available ingredients.

  • Just brewed a dark ale with copius amounts of Amarillo and a Cerveza with Casgade and Cluster

  • have a english pale using East Kent and Styrian Golding, finished with some Williamette for aromatics. brown sugar for that classic EP taste. been going for almost 3 months, patience is a virtue!

  • Just kegged my Super Citrus American Wheat (dry hopped with a lot of citra, columbus, armarillo, lemon verbena, sweet orange peel) so refreshing...then I have a trippel and blackberry oud bruin as well

  • Fuck, I'm balls deep in cog neuro science for grad school...but on break I'm brewing myself retarded... robust espresso chocolate porter just in time for the snow, light american wheat beer with belg extras (trying to convert my roommate), a blonde, some mead, a czech pils, maybe a dark lager or two...ooo maybe some hallucinogenic lager...50 gallons of mash for absinthe...like i said a retarded amount of brewing...and snowboarding

  • Have a Festina Peche' clone and my P.H.P IPA in primary right now.....

  • Working on a vanilla porter right now. Had one the other day 2 weeks after bottling. It's very good, but I wanted more vanilla. I'm going to give it some more time to condition.

  • Very Nice.....just kegged both the beers mentioned above.....now time to wait with the Festina Peche' clone....about 4-6 months to get funky....

IPA will be done in about 5 days and ready to drink...

Did you buy a kit for the Vanilla Porter or build the recipe yourself?

  • I built the recipe myself. Waiting a full month after bottling really made a difference. It's the best one I've done yet!
