The Chesebro IPA is their best beer hands down. This DIPA reminds me of Bootlegger's Knuckle Sandwich or Coronado's Idiot IPA. 10% but easy drinking. Very sweet malt and hop flavors. Pretty dark pur and the hopps dominate the smell.

This is like no other Stout I have had. Like the description above it is a mix of 3 stouts. The blend is awesome. Rich, hint of coffe, hint of coco and a creamy finish. A must try.

This one outstanding IPA. A great balance between the hops and malt in the West Coast IPA style. This has become on eof my favorite IPAs out there. It really is just outstanding.

This is an awesome combining of two of my favorite styles of beer. Stout and IPA. Many call this style a Black IPA. It is a must try for all IPA and Stout lovers.

I have done a brew school here as well as spent many hours drinking their awesome brews. The brewer master Dave Otto is a great guy and very friendly.
They are a very underrated brewery. I would say the style is close to a San Diego style brewery. If and when in Vegas they are a must try. The Holy Cow Pale Ale, Red Hydrant Ale, War Dog Imperial IPA Black Lab Stout and the Dirty Dog IPA are all well above average beers. The War Dog Imperial IPA might be their best beer.

A damn fine Russian Imperial Stout. Tried it for the first time this weekend. I found hints of chocolate and espresso. High ABV and priced right as well. Very good on a cold winter night.

I tried Celebration by Sierra Nevada this weekend. A pretty good IPA. More of a traditional IPA not the West Coast style I prefer. It's worth trying for sure.

This is right up there with Pliny the Elder in my opinion. Low malt taste ad high hop flavor. Citrus/fruity and the smell will get you evertime. Almost a perfect West Coast style IPA. If you love IPAs you MUST try Sculpin.
