I love beer. I'm fortunate to live in an area that is very beer centric. I live five minutes away from nearly a dozen brewerys and brew pubs so drinking beer is not just a hobby it's a way of life. I spend a good portion of my free time drinking beer, reading about beer and seeking new and exciting beers to enjoy. I encourage everyone to DRINK MORE BEER!

Poured into my pint glass the beer is dark chocolate brown bordering on black. The mocha colored head reaches two inches before slowly receding to form a perfect cap on top of the beer. A smattering of lace is left around the rim.

The aroma is roast chocolate malt, espresso beans and black coffee. The hops are there but the bitterness is light.

The flavor is rich mocha coffee with hints of smoked malt and hops. Again the hops are present but the bitterness is fairly low. Which makes this beer rich and smooth.

Medium to full body. Light carbonation.

Overall a very good stout. I wish this was available in my area.

First off, great name for a beer. The old car on the bottle just brings it home.

Poured into my pint glass the beer is black as night with no other colors to be seen. Even when holding up to direct light. The beige head is thick and full. It reaches at least an inch and a half before settling to leave a moderate amount of lace.

The aroma is dark an mysterious like the apperance. Roast malt, coffee, light chocolate, dark fruit and a hint of smoke.

The flavor is very smokie. Bitter black coffee with a hint of chocolate. Some dark fruit but mostly just smoked malt.

The body is a little thin and life less for my taste. Not a whole lot of carbonation.

Overall a decent beer. A little too smoked and bitter but worthy of drinking for sure.

Pours a hauntingly brownish blood red. With dark crimson edges. The almond colored head reaches about an inch before settling and leaving a modrate ring of lace.

The aroma is a mix of roast malt and hops. Hint of chocolate and just a touch of dark fruit. A very clean nose.

The flavor is right in line with the aroma. Malty and hoppy with hints of chocolate and bitter fruit. The taste is very clean as well.

Medium body. Plenty of carbonation. Crisp and so well put together.

Overall a fantastic brown ale. I will have to pick up as much as I can next time I go to the twin cities.

Poured into my pint glass the beer is a black/brown hue with massive mocha colored head. The beer cascades like a chocolate waterfall. An agonizing wait reveals a thick coating of lace left in the wake of the tidal wave of head.

The aroma is an olfactory explosion. Dark chocolate, coffee, molasses, vanilla, and a hint of rootbeer.

The flavor is just an extension of the nose. Rich black coffee, chocolate, molasses, and butter scotch. The hops are present as well but they have to fight for your attention. The high ABV is hidden well. Fantastic.

Full body with low carbonation. Super smooth and velvety.

Dangerously easy to drink. Well put together RIS. I will be on the look out for more Yeti's in my area.

Poured into my pint glass the beer is cloudy amber brown with orange edges. Full inch of light tan head. After settling a smattering of lace is left around the rim.

The aroma is a pleasant array of cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, roast malt, and just hint of hops.

The flavor is way more in line with what a pumpkin ale should be. Sweet pumpkin and light spices. Malty with a cinnamon and vanilla finish. Hardly any bitterness. Which is a feat compared to the other pumpkins out there.

Medium to light body. Moderate carbonation.

Overall one of the better pumpkin ales I've had this year. Definately worth another visit

I understand this is a novelty beer. So I will review it as such. Poured into my pint glass the beer is pale golden yellow with not a hint of head. So at this point I'm rethinking my descision to even attempt to drink this beer. I will soldier on for the sake of knowledge.

The aroma is what I imagine satans breath would be like. Pure jalapeno with traces of sweet adjuncts. Once again I pause and take stock of what I'm about to ingest. Part of me wants to just pour this beer down the drain and move on. The masochist in me feels the need to give it a go. Damn testosterone.

The flavor is.... if it's possible, worse then I expected. Hot jalapenos and sweet corn. Why would someone think this was a good idea? this one if the worst things I've ever tasted. If I could give it a zero I would.

As far as body goes I have no idea. I can't possibly let this sit in my mouth long enough to get a gauge on it. So lets just say light and carbonated.

Overall no suprises here. This is an abomination of a beverage. I might have a better chance at choking down battery acid. I could see cooking chili and pouring it in for flavor. This is it's one and only redeeming quality.

Poured into my pint glass the beer is pure black with just a hint of brown in the edges when held to the light. Full inch of tan head recedes to leave a slippery lace that can hold the rim of the glass.

The aroma is bitter black coffee straight out of the gate. This is followed by roasted malt, chocolate, toasted bread and pleasant smokiness.

The flavor is pure cold black coffee. Hints of chocolate and fresh baked bread are mixed with a great smoked malt finish. Very smooth and easy to drink.

Medium to light body. A touch thin with light carbonation.

Overall a real nice coffee porter. I would love to settle down over a sixer of this beer.

Poured into my pint glass the beer is a dark brown almost black color with crimson edges. The dark tan head is huge, almost three inches and super thic. It just sits there staring at me. However after receding it leaves just a trace of slick lace.

The aroma is roast malt with hints of coffee, dark chocolate, bitter hops and maybe a twinge of dark fruit.

The flavor is very weak. What is there is bitter roast malt with a metallic undertone. Some black coffee in the finish but not pleasant at all.

Medium to light body. Rather thin. moderate carbonation,

Overall a huge dissapointment. I figured a schwarzbier from the motherland would be bolder then this. Aparently america has stolen this style away as well.
