Additional Information
Badger Bar, also known as the George Wedige Tavern, this is a more than 100-year old bar that has been in same family since it was built in 1907. A huge, beautiful mahogany back bar which has ice boxes that have been converted to coolers on each end. Neon lights in the ceiling and an Italian mosaic floor which once had horse hooves stomped into it. Little has changed over the last century, making this a definite tourist destination if you're planning a visit to southwest Wisconsin. Open Monday - Friday, 10:30am - 1:00pm, and 4pm - Close; Saturdays, 10:30am. - Close. Lots of package goods available for carry-out, this bar still makes home deliveries to long time customers. A must-see!

This bar should be visited for its charm, history, ambiance, and the aesthetic appeal of the beautiful back bar and Italian mosaic floor. There is no juke box. It's a great place to meet with friends and carry on a conversation in a really unique setting.
