355ml bottle (dated July 9th 2012) served at 4 degrees in weizen glass:

Low density clear golden pour topped by about a finger of white foam which quickly dissolves to a fractured layer. The robe shows vivid carbonation and lacing is not present.

The nose of this lager is surprisingly aromatic with notes of green apples, lemon and brown sugar.

The flavours this brew unleashes are at frst mostly bready and very malty. You could decode some corn and some grassy features through those lightly sweet malts. The beer feels clean and bares a mild acidity and a timid sharpness that all drop to leave nothing at the finish line.

Overall, this lager is clean, light, refreshing and somewhat original from all the aromas spotted in the nose. Perfect for a hot summer day.
