Commercial Description

A golden craft-beer, brilliant, topfermented, refermented in the bottle.
An exceptional blend of malts and quality hops, an elegant nose and a particularly smooth flavour.

[Best served in a Trappist glass]

Poured a clear golden yellow with a medium sized white fizzy head that dissapated quickly and had poor lacing. The aroma was of grainy malts with hints of citus, honey, light herbal hops and a cobweb yeast scent. The initial flavor was slightly sour and acidic and finished with a bitter yeast flavor that had a slight alcohol aftertaste that lasted a little while. Mouthfeel was very light and mild in body with a watery textrue. Overall a surprisingly refreshing brew.
