Negra Modelo is a dark vienna-munich type beer has had extraordinary acceptance in international markets. Exports to the U.S. began in the early 80´s, and have since attained great success in Europe, Australia, Central and South America.

    This is my recent go to beer. It has a great flavor that goes with any food and I don't get tired of it.

    A solid beer definitely not the super light stereotypical Mexican beer. If I’m going to drink a cerveza it’s going to be a Negra Modelo. In comparison to a good micro or home brew it doesn’t compete but a decent beer to grab while at your local Taquería.

    Beer, Dark, Mexican, whats not to like. This is not your typical Corona etc. This is a good beer and pairs well with spicy foods.

    one of the few mexican dark beers, it is a great drinker and is full of flavor. this is definetly a must try. This beer will turn you off the stereotypical mexican beers

    This beer is fantastic to have with a slice of lime in it. The dark version of "Modelo Especial" this leaves a lingering feeling on the palate.

    You can sip on this beer and feel a little filled up afterwards, which is not the normal reaction for most mexican brews. I would definitely recommend those who have tried Mexican beers to venture out and try this one as well.
