Commercial Description

Our rich, orange-colored "Blessing" is Rapscallion's hop accentuated
beer. Don't be fooled though, this is no IPA. Higher in alcohol and balanced with a spicy, bread-like yeast character, Blessing takes its cues from no style category. To get its distinctive hop character we employed several additions in the boil, some more again in our custom "hop back", and lastly we dry hop the beer in a conditioning tank.
