Commercial Description
The first thing you notice when pouring a glass of this seasonal beer is the color. Samuel Adams® Octoberfest has a rich, deep golden amber hue which itself is reflective of the season. Samuel Adams® Octoberfest is a malt lover's dream, masterfully blending together five roasts of barley to create a delicious harmony of sweet flavors including caramel and toffee. The beer is kept from being overly sweet by the elegant bitterness imparted by the German Noble hops. Samuel Adams® Octoberfest provides a wonderful transition from the lighter beers of summer to the winter's heartier brews.

This is the best Marzen I've ever experienced. The richest deepest caramel flavor I've found to date. Very thick and filling, the way a beer should be. I can't get enough of this.

[Best served in a Dimpled Mug]

Poured a clear Redish-Orange in color with a small white head that dissapated quickly. The aroma was sweet with a hint of caramel and a mild scent of hops. The flavor was mildly hoppy and slightly sweet with a malty aftertaste. The mouthfeel was smooth and creamy. Overall a fine representation of a German Octoberfest.

Such a great beer. Great aroma. The color is the greatest color in a beer I have ever seen. A golden amber color. Looks and tastes like the fall. I see the leaves fall and I want a Samuel Adams Octoberfest in my hand. Yum!
