Commercial Description

With a huge, Pacific Northwest hop aroma & character upfront, Storm King subsides into massive, roast malt complexity. More flavor than mere words can adequately describe. Rich and substantial, it will warm your heart.

Poured a very black in color with a small tan head that settled to a thin brown rim around the top of the beer. A small amount of lacing on the glass. Aroma is strong of hops, espresso and is slightly smoky. Flavor is hoppy and quite bitter with plenty of coffee, darly roasted malts and some chocolate. Thick and chewy. Alcohol flavor or bite not apparent, but it warms the tummy nicely. Finish is all about the hops and their bitterness... lingering. This is a really good beer... too bad this is the only one that I have... for now.

Unreal beer. Enough hops to keep me interested but smooth malty finish. Victory has me hooked. I urge you to try. Great looking pour as it is a nice brownish yellow hued head and smooth clean finish. Hints of oak and pine.

There is a surprisingly large foundation of bitter hops under flavors of chocolate and spice. Good head and nice dark color at pour. Will try some more from Victory.
