Belgian-inspired ales is heady with an earthy, aromatic hop start. Involving hops from the Czech Republic, Germany and England, this flavorful ale slides into flavors of honey and mildly tart fruit. Leaving a refreshing impression of dryness, this is a quenching, invigorating ale, despite it substantial strength at 7.5% abv.
Very complex style with fruity aroma and flavor, has earthy yeast tones, mild to moderate tartness, lots of spice and a medium bitterness, semidry, abbey ale yeast age for 6 weeks....
Ryedenity Crisis is a medium-bodied, unfiltered, rye Belgian saison. It’s slightly sweet flavor is balanced by it’s fruity aroma and moderate tartness.
Saison Elysee is a Belgian Style Farmhouse Ale. Lightly fruity with a distinctive yeast finish, Cumin added to the boil, fruity and distinctive.
